Returns & Cancellations
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
How do I make a return/exchange?
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the following address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves):

Once we receive your return, we will issue you an online store credit (that can be used in our stores as well) within 5 business days. Store credits are valid for 1 year.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com to request a cancellation. Please include your order number in the request.
We check all messages within 48 hours. If we receive the cancellation request before shipping the order we will do so however we cannot guarantee any order cancellations once an order is placed.
